Information to Draft a Patent Application

We require the following information in order for us to prepare and file a patent application on your behalf:

• The full names, addresses and nationalities of each of the applicants. An applicant can be a person or a company.
• The full names, addresses and nationalities of each of the inventors.
• A description of the invention containing as much information as possible about the invention. A patent specification should disclose the best method of performing the invention which is known to the applicants. It should also provide sufficient information such that a person skilled in the relevant field can put the invention into effect without any undue experimentation.
• Drawings (if applicable) showing the invention and how it works. The individual parts of the invention should be labelled.
• Any data or results (if applicable) which illustrate the effectiveness of the invention.

We will also be interested in your opinion on which feature or combination of features makes the invention new compared with what is publicly known, and what advantage or advantages this provides.
