Earning silver for 'prosecution and strategy' and bronze for 'enforcement and litigation', the firm has been described as one with "immense experience and incredibly high standards. The team invariably provides excellent and well-informed service".
Director's David Moore and Elena Szentivanyi have earnt individual recognition in the 'prosecution and strategy' and 'enforcement and litigation' categories respectively. David has been commended for the strategic advice he provides to his clients, bolstered by his specialisation in in non-contentious protection and commercialisation. WTR made special mention of Elena’s ability to use her “in-depth knowledge and understanding of a wide range of IP legal and practical issues” to proactively deal with enforcement matters.
