Important information on the treatment of emails

We are receiving an increasing number of emails purporting to be from clients or associates, which when investigated further are illegitimate and likely malicious.

In order to protect our systems and client information we exercise extreme caution with these emails and utilise both electronic filtering tools and human intervention. As part of this process, please be aware that we may contact you directly to ascertain the legitimacy of an unexpected or unsolicited email. This particularly applies to emails with links to file sharing services. Similarly, if you become aware that an email address is being used in an illegitimate manner, please let us know so we can take this into account.

We will always acknowledge any legitimate emails which require acknowledging. If you have sent an email which has not been acknowledged within 3 working days, please follow up with us.
