Mark Eftimov is a registered Patent Attorney in New Zealand and in Australia. Mark has over 40 years of experience in the area of Intellectual Property law and for 30+ years he was a director of Henry Hughes IP Limited. He now practises in the areas of industrial designs, patents and trade marks for Henry Hughes’ international and national clients
With a strong interest in the Sciences and Information Technology, Mark’s clients are predominantly in the pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and the wine industries.
Mark is a Fellow of the NZIPA (New Zealand Intellectual Property Attorneys Inc) and the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia (IPTA), and is a regular attendee at the Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group (PTMG), and the Intellectual Property Society of Australia New Zealand (IPSANZ) meetings.
