Requirements for Filing a Trade Mark Application in Australia
The following must be contained in an application to register a trade mark:
- a graphical representation of the trade mark (this may be, or may be accompanied by, a written description of the trade mark)
- the applicant’s name and address
- a description of the goods and services to be covered by the application
We do not require any other documentation to file the application.
